Next-day delivery across Egypt. For Gulf orders, the timeframe depends on your destination and is confirmed at checkout.

Do you ship to the Gulf?
Yes. We currently ship to Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain. Shipping fees and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How do I know which size to order?
We recommend using our Size Tool on the product page, simply enter your weight and height and it will suggest your perfect fit. You can also refer to the size guide available on each product page.
Returns & exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to hygiene standards, Boxer Briefs and Briefs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Tank Tops are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
How do I request a return or exchange for a Tank Top?
You can submit your return or exchange request directly through our website. Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup if needed.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will resolve it immediately.
