How long does delivery take?
Most cities across Egypt receive their orders within 2-3 working days. A few destinations, including Luxor, Aswan, and Qalyubia, take a little longer at 3-5 working days. For Gulf orders, the timeframe depends on your destination and is confirmed at checkout.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we send you a tracking link by SMS and email so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Do you ship to the Gulf?
Yes. We currently ship to Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain. Shipping fees and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How do I know which size to order?
The easiest way is our Size Tool on each product page: enter your weight and height, and it will suggest your perfect fit. You can also check the size guide available on every product page.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange my order?
For hygiene reasons, Boxer Briefs and Briefs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Tank Tops can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
How do I request a return or exchange for a Tank Top?
Just submit your request through our website. Our team will review it and arrange a pickup if needed.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number, and we will sort it out right away.
